Quilting Instructions Binding

Can anyone give me simple instructions on how to put a binding on a quilt?

I haven’t done it in a long time and I really need help to remember! Please Help!!!

Here are several links on how to attach binding. Unfortunately I’ve lost the link to my favorite method, because I have not needed to look at the link in a long time, but the first link probably is the best to describe the process.
Unless you are working with curved borders you don’t have to worry about making bias binding. There are pros and cons for straight grain and bias binding, but I normally cut my binding on the straight of grain for most quilts.

Cotton Fabric Prints Wholesale

Wholesale Cotton Fabric in New Zealand?

Does anyone know of any place that has decent prices for cotton fabric in New Zealand? Especially interested in contemporary retro prints. Looking at around $5 per meter max, would need quite a bit.

Is there a patchwork magazine with small ad section in New Zealand. They often give links to good sites. From here in the UK I send off to several places with good prices in the States – thousandsofbolts.com and the fabricdepot.com. If you have to search beyond your own country do try them – I am almost certain that Hancocks of Paducah and eQuilter.com both have retro cottons in their collections. (I’ve been buying good quality cottons for less than $4 US.)
